How can I care for my candles/decor?
Care instructions are provided on each product page and included with every order. Please refer to them to ensure the best care for your décor.
Do you offer bulk gifting?
Yes. We create curated gifting solutions for weddings, events and corporate occasions. Please contact us for bulk order enquiries.
Is customisation available?
Yes, customisation is available for specific products depending on availability and the scope of the request.
Where are your products made?
All our products are handcrafted and handpoured in our studio in Bangalore,India.
When will I receive my order & how can I track it?
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
Delivery times vary by location, and Express Shipping is available at an additional cost.
Once Dispatched, Delivery timelines are managed by the courier partners. While courier partner delays are beyond our control, we'll always do our best to help by raising a support ticket and following up with them to ensure the best resolution for you.
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us. All orders are prepaid, so you don't need to pay the courier upon delivery.
What is the return policy?
At Nouveau Haven, every product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before it reaches you. Hence, We do not offer returns.
However, In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we kindly request you share an unboxing video captured while opening your parcel.
This allows us to address your concern accordingly.
Is GST included in the price?
All our products have GST included in the price, If you'd like to add your company GST to the invoice, please E-mail, WhatsApp message or DM us on Instagram.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before production begins. Contact us ASAP after placing your order, once your order is in process modifications to your order won't be possible.
